Aither
ABOUTProduct design agency partnering with venture-backed startups
ROLEAt Aither, I led end-to-end design across multiple client accounts, while also shaping the studio's own brand and internal presence. Over 22 months, I shipped 8 products from 0 to 1 and built and shipped 4 product roadmaps for companies mid-pivot.
The design team was lean — at one point, I was the only designer on staff — and I managed the design interns who joined as we grew. Alongside client work, I built the studio website and designed 24 case studies for the Aither website, which became the studio's primary inbound growth engine and drove 8+ new client wins in a single quarter.
